Worship
Our order of service follows a regular pattern with a variety of forms in reverent but understandable language. Our worship intends to express the rich heritage of Christian tradition in a vital and meaningful way. Sermons challenge people to apply God's Word in Holy Scripture to the issues and concerns of contemporary life.
Music is an essential part of worship. Our Chancel choir and hand bell choir regularly participate in our services. Church members also are encouraged to share their musical talents for special music during services.
Each Sunday we have coffee and fellowship in the parlor before and after church school and the worship services.

Bluegrass at First Presbyterian Church
First Presbyterian Church and the Missouri River Boys combined on April 6th at 11:00 a.m. for a special Bluegrass Service. Over 270 people participated in this Bluegrass service and all appeared to find the experience of gospel bluegrass fun and meaningful.
